Contest Rules
Please read the rules below to make sure you can collect your prize if you make a hole in one!
Entry Fee

The buy-in fee is $5 per round, payable before the start of the round.

Alternatively, players can provide their email to the course to cover their buy-in.

Players who have given their email can bring a friend who has not provided their email, and it will cover both of their buy-ins.

Participants must register and pay the buy-in fee or provide their email at the pro shop or designated area before starting their round.
Proof of Purchase

Your proof of purchase is on your receipt, so keep it safe.

Present your receipt to claim the prize.
Tee Requirements

Men must play from the designated men's tees.

Women must play from the designated women's tees.
Verification
-
Hole-in-one must be verified by the camera installed on each par 3 hole.

Participants must call the clubhouse immediately after confirming the ball went in to report their hole-in-one.
Hole-in-One Conditions

The hole-in-one can occur in any format as long as the participant played from the correct tee box and it was their first ball on the hole.

The ball must be played in accordance with the rules of golf.
Camera Malfunction

If a camera is not functioning, participants must report to the clubhouse immediately after their round.

Participants will receive a stamped receipt, which can be presented for a new buy-in credit on their next round.
Prize Claiming

The winner must notify the pro shop immediately after completing the round in which the hole-in-one was made.

Verification of the hole-in-one will be conducted by course officials using camera footage.​
Payout

The pot at the time of the hole-in-one will be awarded to the player who made it.

The pot resets after a winner is declared, and the next winner will receive the pot accumulated after the reset.

Refunds and Transfers

Buy-in fees are non-refundable except in the case of camera malfunctions as outlined.

Credits for future buy-ins due to camera malfunction must be used within 60 days.
Promotion and Marketing

Participants agree to allow the course to use their name and image for promotional purposes if they win the pot.
